The history

The history of the Fongo family starts with the very first bakery ever opened in Rocchetta Tanaro, in 1945. After all these years the company remains the same.
A family concern, skilfully blending experience and modern technologies to meet the requirements of today's markets, and to produce genuine quality products today as in 1945.
The Fongo family wants to offer to the international markets three specialitiesss, made unique by theyr simple ingredients and the care bestowed in preparing them.
