Mother-In-Law’s cake

Mother-In-Law’s cake by Mario Fongo is a natural leavened baked product with raisin, extra virgin olive oil, candied fruits and a glaze made of ground Mother-In-Law’s Tongues together with almonds, eggs (from free-range hens), rice flour and sugar. This cake is the result of a special recipe that has been created according to our values: good and genuine!
