We respect all regulations regarding workplace safety. These include:
• We protect our workers from our dust sensitivity by having air vents for continuous, mechanically-ensured air circulation, and distributing 700 face-masks every month. • For our workers’ health and the safety of our products we have chosen an avant-guard sanitation method for our equipment and work environment, with low environmental impact. The cryogenic sandblast treatment, with its mix of dry ice and compressed air, allows a safe, fast, non-toxic, and dry disinfection —which is also ecologically sound and non-invasive. • We promote training for our workers, all of whom participate in regular refresher courses. On every work shift a trained first aid and fire safety representative is present. • All our workers receive regular medical visits. Our production center is out fitted with a defibrillator, providing a timely and safe option for intervention in case of an emergency |

Quality and safety

• Our products are all natural: we don’t use any preservatives or additives. We carefully select the primary ingredients : only the highest quality extra virgin olive oil and flour, all from Italy. We have created trusted partnerships with qualified producers who consistently provide us with ingredients of the highest grade.
• We have an analytics plan that provides for various microbiological and chemical tests of the primary ingredients, water, and the air in the production environment. There is also a digital log that allows for each product to be traced and trackable. Analyses are also made on the final products. • We do pre-production tests all throughout the process. An alert system from the metal detector prevents the potential presence of any accidental metal traces. • We carry out daily cleaning of all our workers’ uniforms. |
